Cancellation policy

This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds work for memberships, digital products, and services purchased through our store.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Some of our offerings are sold as memberships and include minimum commitment periods.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Memberships Only)

For membership purchases only, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period.

  • You may cancel your membership within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

  • This applies to new memberships and upgrades where a new membership payment is taken.

  • If cancelled within this period, any payments made will be refunded and access will end once the refund is processed.

This cooling-off period does not apply to:

  • Audits

  • 1:1 services

  • Any service where work has commenced

After the 14-day cooling-off period, membership payments are non-refundable (except where required under Australian Consumer Law).

Annual Membership Options

We offer two ways to purchase an annual membership.

Annual Membership — Paid Upfront

  • Provides 12 months of access paid in a single upfront payment.

  • This membership auto-renews after 12 months unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date.

  • No refunds are provided after the 14-day cooling-off period.

Annual Membership — Payment Plan (Quarterly Instalments)

  • This option is a 12-month minimum commitment, paid in four quarterly instalments.

  • Payment plans are offered as a convenience and do not change the length of the commitment.

  • This membership does not auto-renew at the end of the 12-month term.

By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments for the full 12-month period.

You may cancel your access to the membership at any time; however:

  • Remaining scheduled payments will still apply, and

  • Early cancellation does not release you from your payment obligations,
unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Monthly Memberships

  • Monthly memberships are billed month-to-month.

  • You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing date.

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

  • We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Digital Products

All digital products (including downloads, resources, recordings, and courses) are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Audits & 1:1 Services

Audits and 1:1 services are not covered by the membership cooling-off period.

  • Once work has commenced, refunds are not available for change of mind.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made as early as possible and will be considered where feasible.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens.

In exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or family crisis), we may consider alternative arrangements at our discretion. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis and do not set a precedent.
